Each session gently engages the senses through a combination of:
• Therapeutic touch focused on the face, scalp, jaw, neck, and shoulders—areas where stress and emotional tension are most often held.
• Sound therapy that gently shifts brainwave activity to support deep relaxation and nervous system reset.
• LED light therapy as a healing modality to support cellular repair and nervous system regulation.
• Aromatherapy to ground, soothe, and restore emotional balance.
• A nurturing foot and hand ritual to anchor you back into your body.
We begin with a brief consultation to understand how you're feeling—physically, emotionally, and energetically—so the session can be tailored to your needs.

The Complete Reset is an all-in-one session that brings together life coaching, somatic therapy, and Sensory Immersion Therapy to help calm your nervous system and bring you back into balance.
It’s not just about resting, it’s about settling your nervous system and gently guiding your brain into a calmer state, where true healing can begin. You don’t have to keep pushing through. Let this be the moment you come back to yourself.
